Heavenlyz was established 1996 by Liza and Peter Cox as a mobile Dog Care service, including dog grooming, dog walking and pet sitting.

Liza had already spent several years working as a veterinary nurse and RSPCA shelter supervisor, specialising in rehoming rescue animals and holistic dog grooming techniques (which also extended to cats and rabbits).
